How Pavo AI handles account information, uploaded references, generation tasks, payments, and support requests at pavoai.app.

Your work and your account
This policy describes information handled when you use Pavo AI at pavoai.app. Creating an account, submitting a generation, and contacting support each involve different information. The sections below explain those activities and how to ask about your data.
Information used to run the workspace
When you register, we process your email address, account name, authentication information, and account preferences. If you choose a connected sign-in provider, we receive the account details needed to complete that sign-in. Session records help keep you signed in and protect access to your account.
When you generate content, we process your prompt, reference files, selected model and settings, task status, output files, and credit transactions. These records allow us to run a task, show its result in your history, and investigate a failed or disputed generation. Avoid putting sensitive personal information into prompts or reference files unless it is necessary and you are entitled to provide it.
Purchases create payment references, subscription records, credit grants, and billing status. Payment providers process the payment details entered during checkout. Support requests include the message and any information or attachments you choose to send.
Technical and usage information
Pavo AI records technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as request times, errors, browser information, and security events. Our first-party analytics records page visits and interactions with features such as the generator. Browser storage may associate activity with a browser session. These records help us understand where people encounter errors or abandon a workflow.
Where a support chat or external analytics integration is enabled, that provider may also process browser and interaction information. See the Cookie Policy for how browser storage supports these features.
Services involved in a request
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage, file storage, and email delivery. A generation request is sent to the model service needed to fulfil that request, including the prompt and reference material required by the selected model. Payment providers receive the information needed to process and reconcile a purchase. A support chat provider may receive a conversation when you use that channel.
These providers may process information outside your country. Their handling of information is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy notices. Do not assume that a model provider has the same retention or training practices as another provider.
We may disclose information when required to respond to a lawful request, protect the service or its users, or resolve suspected fraud and abuse.
Retention and account deletion
We keep account, generation, and transaction records for the purposes described above. Retention depends on the record: a session, an uploaded file, and a billing record do not necessarily have the same lifetime. Records may need to remain after account closure for payment reconciliation, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations. Backups and service logs may not be removed immediately.
You can use the account controls available in Settings or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting. We will explain any information that must be retained when handling a deletion request.
Keeping access secure
Access controls and other safeguards help protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your login credentials private and contact us if you suspect someone has accessed your account. Review generated content before sharing it: an output can reproduce details from your reference material.
Questions and changes
For a privacy request, email support@pavoai.app or visit Contact. Include your account email and the type of request, without sending a password or unnecessary sensitive documents.
We may revise this policy as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
