Can I buy credits without a subscription?

Use the one-time credits tab to compare available packs. Choose a subscription if you prefer recurring credit grants. The table shows the price and credit allowance for each option.

How do monthly and yearly billing differ?

Switch the billing interval to see the applicable total. An annual plan is charged for the year; the per-month figure is a comparison. Check the credit grant schedule shown on your selected plan.

How many generations will my credits cover?

The cost depends on the model and generation settings. Review the credit estimate before submitting each task. Video counts on this page are estimates for the selected model, resolution, and duration.

Where can I manage my subscription?

Sign in and open Settings → Billing to manage your subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not automatically refund previous payments.

What if I have a payment or refund question?

Read the Terms of Service for refund conditions, then contact support with your account email and order reference. Never include a full card number or password.
