What your browser remembers
Pavo AI uses cookies and browser storage to keep parts of the workspace working between requests and visits. Cookies can be sent with requests to our website. Local storage stays in your browser until it is cleared, while session storage normally lasts for the current browser tab or session.
This policy covers pavoai.app and complements our Privacy Policy.
Account access and security
Authentication cookies allow the service to recognise a signed-in session without asking you to log in on every page. Account and security flows may also use temporary browser state to complete sign-in and protect requests. Blocking required cookies can prevent login, account settings, or checkout-related flows from working correctly.
Preferences and workspace state
Browser storage remembers choices such as the display theme, dismissed announcements, and saved interface preferences. These settings reduce repeated setup when you return. Clearing them may reset your preferences; it does not by itself delete your account or server-side generation history.
Understanding usage and providing support
Our first-party analytics uses browser identifiers to connect page visits and feature interactions. This helps us understand how the workspace is used and investigate problems. The current first-party analytics cookies are:
| Cookie | Purpose | Configured lifetime |
|---|---|---|
nbp_uid | Recognises a returning browser | 365 days |
nbp_sid | Groups activity into a session | 30 minutes, refreshed with activity |
nbp_landing_path, nbp_referrer_host | Records the landing page and referring site | 30 days |
nbp_utm_source, nbp_utm_medium, nbp_utm_campaign, nbp_utm_term, nbp_utm_content, nbp_click_id | Associates a visit with campaign information | 30 days |
These are browser identifiers, not passwords. Your browser may remove them sooner than their configured lifetime.
If a third-party support chat or analytics integration is active, it may set its own cookies or storage entries. For example, a chat widget may remember a conversation so that it can continue after navigation. External sign-in and payment pages may also use storage on their own domains; those providers explain their practices in their own notices.
Your browser controls
You can review and remove site data for pavoai.app through your browser's privacy settings. Most browsers also let you restrict third-party cookies or block cookies for an individual site. Private browsing limits how long some information remains on the device, but does not prevent the service from receiving requests or recording transactions.
If you clear or block required storage, you may be signed out and some features may stop working. To delete account data held by Pavo AI, use the account settings or contact us; clearing browser data alone is not an account-deletion request.
Ask about a storage entry
If you see a cookie or storage entry you do not understand, contact support@pavoai.app with its name and the page where it appeared. Do not send the value of an authentication cookie: it may grant access to your session.
We update this page when our use of browser storage changes. The date above identifies the current version.
